Everyone is always great at Subaru at Bend. I was in and out in record time. Everything was explained in detail so I know exactly where I stand in relation to my car and future needs such as tires after the summer.
I was able to get in earlier than my appt, the work was done quickly and explained thoroughly.
The best thing about our sales experience was our salesperson, Sam. He took the time to listen to our needs and responded accordingly. We felt like he really cared about us as human beings. This gave us a feeling of trusting him like he was an old friend. Also, we were impressed with his knowledge of the car’s advanced features and he took the time to educate us on them.
