Fast and trustworthy
Subaru did a beautiful job detailing my 2018 Forester. It looks brand new. They even cleaned the engine. And the convenience of getting a loaner car was very important to me.
The new facility is really nice. I drive tight in for an Express service, and everything was handled . I’ve been a Subaru iof Bend customer since 2009. I buy my Outback’s there and get all my car service there too. I’m not going anywhere else!
True to their word in every way. I have nothing but good things to say! Peter Ssercia the General Sales Manager knew that I had a horrible experience at Honda down the street and with utter frustration and disappointment I walked down to Subaru. Peter had a car coming from the factory which fit my needs. However, he went above and beyond that by loaning me a brand new Outback because I had been without a car for almost a year.
