My relationship with his dealership has been nothing but positive. I bought my car here. I bring it in for service and this week. I had to bring it in because of a problem that I had with the thermal control valve. They diagnose the problem, determined that they had one part but not the second and let me know immediately. They sent me home in an Uber and picked me up in an Uber to retrieve my car and they’ll call me when they have the other part and I’ll be back!
The service received was excellent and done in a timely manner.

Had an issue and no appointment. But Paul took car of me. Flawless. Issues fixed and got my car back the next day. And thanks to Paul and Julianna, I had a nice loaner for the two days. Great service all around!!
Paul was friendly, professional and provided me with accurate details and estimate of my service. He pushed for the work to be completed and it was as promised. .I would say though that the communication link that Subaru of Bend has established is flawed in that it ask you to text or call your service advisor with any questions or concerns. I texted my supervisor twice you did not receive the text. So I called. Subaru of Bend might want to eliminate that feature for communicating with service as it does not work. Otherwise ... read more

Your customer service is awesome. Our car was done quickly too. BUT, we are disappointed that the dealership is choosing to charge 3% for using charge/debit cards! In this day and age most people do not carry high amounts of cash or a check. Frankly our other dealership Toyota has never done this. We just wanted to express our disappointment in this matter.
