I had an appointment for 12,000 mile checkup and oil change. I waited in the lounge. It took only about 35 minutes. I learned that I can get the car washed next time - so nice! - but I just washed it. The facility is lovely: so sunny and new. A very slick experience overall.Â
Bend Subaru was easy to work with. We were treated fairly and felt comfortable making sure we got the right model for us. Our trade in deal was also fair and easy. Really appreciate Matt and Steven, our salesperson and finance team member.Â
