The whole process of scheduling and getting an oil change was easy and efficient.
Easy to get an appointment online. Greeted quickly and professionally. New facility with comfortable feel. Price on service was less than quoted and took about as long as I thought it would take. Will service again at dealership.

My Internet salesperson Jeremy did an outstanding job, was extremely helpful, and professional! The General Sales Manager introduced himself, was also very professional and helpful. Same goes for Fraser, the F&I manager. Felt bad for him because having owned several dealerships myself, I know how important “penetration” is, but I still own my own insurance company through Zurich.
As always my experience at your service department was friendly and painless. I am in my 5th year with my 2018 Outback and I’m loving it as much or more as when I first bought it. It has over 76,000 miles on it with original brakes that are still going strong! I use cruise control every chance I get and I really think that’s what has helped in keeping the brakes strong.
