The service done was fine - however it took longer than I would have expected. I did not have an appointment. I was first in line for the Express Service. (I arrived at 6:45 knowing that you open at 7:30.) The service was not complete until about 9:20. It would seem that was an excessive length of time to complete the service since I was first in line.

Good customer service
Technician explained what he thought the problem was and what it would take to fix it and gave me an estimate. When I picked up the car he explained what had been done and the follow-uip I would do if the problem reoccurred.
Two recalls interacted to make my vehicle inoperable and didn’t get repaired the first visit. But second recall addressed my symptoms exactly. Wish loaner vehicles were more readily available. First advisor wasn’t always available, second advisor was very attentive and proactively communicated.
Subaru employees in Bend Oregon take their time with the customers. They all are patient and show a great deal of kindness. They are proficient in seeing that the customers are satisfied with getting each customers needs meet in a timely manner as well. Thanks to everyone!!
Staff was courteous, very accommodating and efficient.Paul was comprehensive and thorough and explained what was to be done .Service was done promptly by Brian and explained what work or services done to the car.
Personnel were great. the missing 5th star is because it took much longer than I expected. Would have been helpful to tell me about the 3% credit card fee when I made the appointment so I would know to bring a checkbook
