I had a fabulous buying experience (Greg) but my last service appointment was not good. I called my salesman(Greg), who called the service manager(Dustin), who then called me. I rescheduled an appointment & had that appointment today. Dustin checked me in at the scheduled time, I was there less than 45 minutes, & my mirror was fixed. Much, much better experience!!
Fast and efficient. Facilities are still a nightmare until construction is finished, but easily my best experience there. Very good service. I believe Dustin helped me.
I called after the 4:30pm cut off for new service due to a nail in one of my tires. Subaru said to come on in anyway, when I got there they took the car right back to check it out and was done within 20 minutes. No damage to the tire, they didn't charge me anything. That kind of service is what makes me glad to support Subaru of Bend! Thanks everyone!
Went in for broken windshield wiper line -came out with a new MASTER CYLINDER and brake actuator for the tune of $1300 ++.Got over initial sHOCK, pleased with the rest of process of repair. Technician gave full informative brief on what happen to cylinder and actuator with touch /feel brief.

Good except for not rotating my tires.. Had to go back and get that done even though I waited an hour for oil change with appt! Customer service was great, but glad the trailer system will be gone next month so it’s like a real car service. Otherwise good
