I showed up with no appointment for 10,000 mile service and was welcomed. I took a hike up Pilot Butte and\ back for a total of two hours and when I returned the car was ready.
As always, Dustin's customer service and care was exceptional. He always goes above and beyond to make sure my Outback's issues are understood, resolved, and explained to me. Next steps or service, when needed, are also recommended. I could not ask for better service, and that is why I will not take my Subaru anywhere else. Keep up the outstanding work, guys...and thank you so very much.
Fast excellent service!
I came in for service and a nail in one of my tires. To my surprise my appoint was accomplished in 11 mins. When I went to th counter t pay for my services, I was informed there would be no charge. That was the nicest thing to happen to me ever at a dealership and am very grateful. With the cost of services these days it was a nice surprise.
