I appreciate that Katie was able to fit me in for the brake problem so quickly. Also, the work was done in a timely manner so that I could drive the additional three hours to get home. Also, I appreciated the use of a loaner car.

Noah Drake greeted me immediately. Explained what was needed for my mileage then showed me to the gorgeous new waiting area. As soon as my car was finished, (including a complimentary car wash) which all total was 45 minutes, he went through what was done, what might be expected next service, and I was on my way. I always use Subaru of Bend to maintain both of our Subarus in their best condition.
