Noah took really good care of me with my appt. for a routine oil change. Made me aware & set an appointment for the rear brakes to be replaced. I bought my car outback, new in 2017. Never any regrets.
We were treated with respect and thoughtfulness. I never once felt pressure. I bought a car on my own 40 years ago and it was nothing but condescension and pressure. The service center at Subaru is stellar . They make up for the less than average sales experience. Thank goodness the service Center is so great.
Right from the beginning we were treated as a valued customer with respect & consideration for our service needs even though we had not bought our Subaru from Subaru of Bend. While it is always best to schedule an appointment for service, because of an urgency on our part we utilized the "walk in" service accommodation provided at Subaru of Bend.
