Service staff are friendly and inspire trust. Jake is real and super helpful. Despite being the only Subaru dealership service shop on this side of the mountains I don’t feel like I’m trapped with them. Technicians always perform clean work. No cap.

Oil change
Well, they didn’t tighten stuff last time so I came in early for my oil change. The person that checked me in was having a tough day but we have all been there. They did call me regarding the filter and one small light out. The sad part they didn’t update my sticker.
It was fast, super laid back and you got a great car at the end.
100% satisfied! Everything from scheduling, arrival and check in, courtesy, friendly and professional staff, timely completion of the work, etc., done very well.
Fast service, and the folks are always friendly and professional!!! Love it!
