Brandon, the service tech at Subaru of Bend who helped me today was pleasant, knowledgable. The express service was fast and thorough, and they washed my car! A pleasant surprise! The new sales and service building is amazing, bright and on trend stylistically. I want to tell you Chip is the greatest. He kept me well informed and all the work was done in a faster time frame then I ever expected. Chip quoted me to the minutes when my car would be ready.
The new facility is great; everything works very efficiently. The service representatives are helpful and friendly. The waiting room is spacious and comfortable. My only suggestion is to play music that more widely appeals to your customers. Can’t wait for the dog 🐶 park!
