Paul was absolutely fantastic! This was the first time that I've been to the Bend Subaru dealership--sadly, my past Subie dealership tried to convince me more than once that a known OEM issue was my fault, and it was always a miserable experience. Paul and everyone else here in Bend were courteous, respectful, professional, and just super personable and enjoyable to interact with. I think that's the way it should be. :) Thanks guys for a job very well done, and for treating this customer very well!
