Friendly and quick service even though they were busy
We recently purchased a Crosstrek from Subaru of Bend and couldn’t be happier with our decision. We worked with Ben who was very knowledgeable and friendly and even called us on his day off when we had a question about our title. My TCV went out, shutting my Eye Sight controls down. Subaru got me an appointment first thing the next morning, put me in a rental, and covered the repairs under warranty.

Quick and friendly
I used express service for an oil change. I was uncertain since my vehicle was not a Subaru, but I was immediately reassured that this was not a problem. Service was great. Also got a multi-point inspection. I'll be returning for service in the future. Not sure if they can take care of any repair needs beyond just regular maintenance, since my vehicle is a Nissan, but I hope so. Helped by Aubrey Garrett - he was great.
I brought my car in for it's final pre-purchased 3-year/36,000 mile Subaru Maintenance Plan program visit. However, it had apparently hard expired on the exact 3-year anniversary of when I purchased it. I was not aware of such a hard date requirement. I was just a couple weeks past the "hard" date but only at 32K miles. Anyways, the Service Technician, Aubrey Garrett, also did not feel quite right about my situation. The service department at Bend Subaru are fanstasic. Came to get the Express Oil change,I was greated by Russell and he got all my info and had me wait in the lounge. In no time at all he was telling me my car was ready and provided me with a service report and that all was well with my car. It advised me of what should be addressed at the next service. Thank you Subaru Of Bend,you guys rock!!
