Happy Happy Customer!!! SummerTown Metals was awesome! Great experience highly recommended, will use them for anything I need done in the future! My sales rep Seth was the best, not pushy and very helpful and worked with me on everything!! Delivery was very timely and went smooth! Milguel and his crew on the construction side hands down the best!!! Great communication, great time frame. Awesome work, and Fast!! And left the job site very neat! Not a screw left on the ground! Overall the best experience!!!

I recently had a 30x30 building built by Summertown and I couldn't be more impressed by the results. I spoke with Seth and his team and explained exactly what I needed that would fit my budget. He provided several different options based on what I wanted. I already had a pad poured but they were willing to do that as well. They worked hand in hand with the city to follow city ordinance and complied with all requests with no problems. I absolutely love my new Garage. The process was somewhat simple. Very cost effective option in my opinion. My 30x40x10 garage was just under $30,000 including concrete. The garage can be completely custom to a point. I only have a couple minor complaints. For a first time buyer, i feel that the communication was lacking from the sales team. Once the sale is completed, there is some information that I would liked to have known. But that wasn't a very big issue to me. I just look at as I learned something new. STM Contracting is amazing. Billy was our lead manager. He's amazing! Always on call, always has an answer, makes every customer a priority. Even on his off time. Chuck was our customer service coordinator and got our orders going. Kortney, Robin, and Summer are the go to ladies to keep your ship afloat, contracts, payments, customer service, anything. We built a shop for our fabrication company. Our services with Summertown Metals were top notch and the quality of our building is beyond perfect. I got everything I asked for. The Sales representative, ADAM F***** and the building contract representative, DAKOTA G***** were very professional & friendly. We are building a modern barndominum. I can't say enough about the process. The crews were always on time and worked long hours under summer weather. Communication was also exceptional! This is very unusual in construction. I give the best review possible. Love this company and the crews!

Although we have hit a few bumps with two buildings we are having done, our sales person, Adam F has been stellar. He has problem solved and done everything within his power to correct some minor issues. Our end product was a lovely, gorgeous garage. Hopefully our second will look just as nice. I highly recommend Talking to Adam for you garage needs.

Spent well over $100,000 on two structures in 2025. Sub-contractors were great but customer service from Summertown Metals is non-existent!!!! Spent 6 months just trying to get someone from customer service to have a door properly hung for the 3rd attempt, metal trim applied to 4 rafters as is normal expected construction along with fascia applied to rafter tails on two porches. Roughly one day labor for two carpenters. Supplies were already at jobsite! One carpenter was sent to finish door and I agreed to do fascia myself l... read more
