My mom stayed at independent living for $[removed]k month, although was recently increased to $[removed]k. can't speak to assisted aide, but independent was great. Staff was available, and [name removed] was a real help through some tough times. Walls are solid can't hear neighbors.

Very friendly staff, great value, overall I would recommend for someone living on a tight budget. We picked this community, because first was it is conveniently located to her doctor's offices and shopping. Second was price and amenities. And because she has a dog.

Everyone here, staff and residence are very friendly. Staff is wonderful. They will stop what they're doing and take care of you and they always do what you ask them. They have exercises chair and pool. They have bingo cards and special events. They have happy hour every Wednesday, and on special occasions, they have entertainment. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else.

This assisted living place is in the process of updating the paint on the walls and add flooring. The staff took mom and I around and showed us the whole facility. It is a nice place. The rooms are a decent size with many activity choices. We received some muffins for visiting. Thank you for making our visit fun and affordable. Pricing is depended on the needs needed. The residents were very friendly and excited when we walked through the facility.

This facility has three levels of residence. Resident s are friendly and welcoming. The 55+ apartments have just been remodeled. Convince to restaurants and groceries just a block away. Covered parking close to unit.

Wonderful tour and meal. Awesome menu choices 7 days a week. The entire facility is being majorly renovated and shows that it will be in excellent condition again soon. The completed portion of the renovation shows that corners are not being cut and that it will be in first class shape. Everyone there, all residents, seems very happy, and we were treated excellently by all of the staff. Their activities schedule is very comprehensive and if you want to, you can be as busy as you care to be continuously.

We are very happy with this community, especially given the cost! My father is happy there and adjusting nicely. However, I would have liked to see a little more attention provided when he first moved in to help him settle in and get involved. Luckily, that has happened naturally and he is doing great. I love the outdoor space they have and they keep the grounds well maintained. This community is a great option for those on more limited budgets.

The staff is so kind and [name removed] the manager is amazing. He helped with move in details and continues to keep us in the loop on my mom's activities. The food is very good and my mom doesn't miss a meal. The wait staff is so sweet and knows all the residents names. I would definitely recommend. It's an affordable option.

At this point in their experiment I would not recommend them. I am leaving in 2 weeks to go back to regular apartment living. SCG did not live up to their statements in their agreement. We had housekeeping for only 2 of the 14 or so weeks I lived here. The Main Lounge has been closed for renovation for approx 9 weeks and is still closed.
