Nutrious food and hygiene are very lacking based on several weekend visits...pizza wings fries....really?? Need more vegetables and soups...One day they had fresh asparagus that was hard...we did however suggest the kitchen staff put their phones down and pay more attention to the residents
The staff is amazing, very caring and professional. The food and cleaning could be improved on.

We were shown a room and received one I would have refused. All but 2 staff are very friendly and helpful. Quality of care is questionable. Meals started off decent but the food is slop now and it was better in prisons I worked in. Activities are few and far between unless you like bingo. Value for cost is you get what you pay for and I will be relocating parents elsewhere once Medicaid kicks in. I toured Sun City Senior Living and the facility was kind of old and worn. The people who live here were more using this facility as a long time hotel with food. I did not see any caretakers, just a salesman. They had add on charges for everything.

When we drove up to this community we decided that we did not even want to walk in to the community. We had a long convo about how the outside of the community looked and how we felt about it with the director and just decided that this was not the community for us.

I was not impressed with them at all. It was an assisted living facility, but it felt very much like a nursing home. The rooms had very small, office-sized refrigerators on the floor, which made them not very easily accessible. It was just not an inviting or friendly atmosphere, and they seemed to upsell / oversell it too much.

Just dropped in one day after taking my mother to her cardiologist down the street. The residence appeared clean and homey but had a bad odor in the lobby area -not a great first impression!

They were very disorganized. They’ve lost directors and nurses. I really like the feel of the facility. I loved it when I walked in. Some of the nurses’ level of communication is very poor. It’s very clean and friendly. She’s clean. She’s well fed. There were a lot of transition issues. It’s getting better. They’ve always been wonderful, but they could be more organ
