I think overall the facility is good and my family member is taken care of there. Services for residents like laundry, cleaning, general maintenance could be more reliable and timely. The hallways have an odor which makes me wonder about the state of some residents’ spaces. The elevator floor needs to be cleaned more often. The facility should have more tables for all residents to eat dinner. The WiFi connection needs to be available and able to support all residents’ rooms.

Since my mother has been there, I only seen her have maybe three activities for the memory care, I always thought because they are in memory care they would have activities inside for them to do, like games throwing around a beach ball, maybe bingo something to keep their minds active and body moving, but instead all I have seen is them taken out of their rooms and placed in front of the TV, I am very disappointed, I have asked and was told they just hired a person to do activities but have not seen them, so instead her memo... read more

They had him 2 days. I went in for quick visit and demanded they call paramedics. His BS was 500 by time he got to hospital. He was diabetic and FULLY aware of insulin needed. He's dead. 2 different facilities claimed to be able to handle health issues yet death was end result. The worst experience for myself and husband. Would NOT recommend.

Do not do business with this facility! My mother put down a deposit of $[removed] to rent one of their rooms in [date removed] with her debit card. On [date removed], I had advised the director that my mother changed her mind about renting the room. The director dvised me that she would immediately process her refund of the $[removed] but the refund would be in the form of a check and it would take 30 to 45 days to be mailed out from their California corporate office. Last week I went to see my Mom, went in her room her toilet was a mess, I needed a plunger because her toilet was clogged at the memory care they did not have one and a staff member told me she did see her toilet had a mess and was waiting for housekeeping, I went to the front desk and she tried calling Mnt they were gone, but she did find a plugger for me, also I saw that her close were not clean and she had about two weeks' worth of cloth in the hamper my sister said the week before she had spoken to a staff member and the... read more

I am aware that my brother does not get a diabetic menu. He is served meals that are not good for him. His apartment is never clean when I visit. Cleaning staff needs help. I think there needs to be more activities for men. Most are geared to women.

They better be able to do everything own their own, even though it's listed assistant living, my mother, didn't get that much assistance from the staff. I just read some of the reviews and no way this place is a 5 star

Communication is big. The staff I don't know is fully attentive because we went in on Mother's Day to visit her and she was soaked in urine and we told them that the chair was wet and nobody clean the chair

-New Years Eve: She went to Urgent Care. Then there were about ten phone calls just to get her a ride back. -Outings: There hasn't seemed to have been any or just not well communicated / easy. -The billing has been an issue, not a huge deal, just annoying. Room was nice / good size. In memory care we were disappointed with activities: didn't seem to be many. The outdoor area they have also doesn't feel outdoor no sky.
