Carl was very good. He explained my situation and then fixed it to my satisfaction. He even used a razor blade to get rid of the rust residue on my tile which I never thought would be possible. I had had an old towel around the toilet to absorb the leak and my only complaint is that he accidentally took it with him.
My hot water heater sprung a leak this morning. I called and they were here within the hour! Guys were courteous and professional. I have used Sun Plumbing for the past 11 years, they’re the best!
