The technician was efficient and did a good with one BIG exception. We called you because we are old (86) and getting under the sink was more than we felt comfortable doing. Sure enough it was not easy for him (under 40). My complaint is he didn’t re- plug in the garbage disposal when he was done and I just did it myself with great difficulty. Considering the amount this cost, we did not get our moneys-worth.
