I could not be more pleased with my shutters. In fact, I have enjoyed them for 9 years! However, I recently had to replace the frames for 5 shutters due to a heating treatment warping the frames. Even though Sunburst Windows no longer has a presence in west Kentucky, the company still made several special trips to make sure the new frames replaced and fitted perfectly. John did an exceptional job. I observed him removing a new frame and modifying it so that it fit exactly right. He could have just left it and I probabl... read more
