We are repeat customers with Sunburst Shutters. We recently replaced all the windows in our home and decided to add shutters to two additional rooms. The team was able to reinstall our existing shutters purchased many years ago and then we added shutters to other rooms. We love the functionality of being able to just open top or open top and bottom of shutter. The team is very professional and wonderful to work with.
I called this company at 9:30ish this morning, an automated outgoing message answered. It stated that a return call would be made by end of business today, if incoming call was received after their business hours a return call would be made the next business day. I waited until closing of the business for a return call to schedule an in home consultation for a few windows in my home that I want updated with plantation shutters.
