However, I recently had to replace the frames for 5 shutters due to a heating treatment warping the frames. Even though Sunburst Windows no longer has a presence in west Kentucky, the company still made several special trips to make sure the new frames replaced and fitted perfectly. I would definitely recommend Sunburst Shutters. All of the people I worked with (the consultant, office person, installer) were very friendly, helpful, and professional. They explained everything to my satisfaction even when I bugged them several times by phone. The prices were very competitive and the installation was done in a quick and timely manner. I am very satisfied with my blinds!

Bill took the time to explain all my options, how each option would function on my particular window configurations so that I could make the optimal choice for me. They were ordered and installed quickly with no mess or fuss. All the employees that I have ever come in contact with have been helpful and polite. They look beautiful outside and inside! This is the 2nd home we have purchased shutters for from them and highly recommend them.
