Order process was done well and with great interaction to make sure we knew what we were getting. The product was delivered ahead of schedule, which was a nice surprise. The installation was done as planned with quality.

They not only make room seem bigger but the wind was strong yesterday and it come through the window. The privacy is great. The shutters themselves are exquisite. They are guaranteed for life. The staff who run Sunburst are very friendly and helpful as they definitely know their job. The installer was prompt and so nice. He knows his job well.
