Very nice place! Accommodations were good. Mattresses could use updating. Otherwise, we loved it!

10 stars, Kate, Marie, Joe, Floreut, and all the staff were all very helpful and polite. No sell's pressure.
The explanations were clear, concise and exciting. All agents including the main presenter John were very professional in their approach, demeanor and poise. They all answered questions from the audience to their utmost satisfaction. We think that Sundance Vacation is a full service travel professional and we will continue our patronage for years to come and for all our travel needs.
