real good for a large property. The reception staff were competent but not overly instructive when describing the long trek to our room from the garage. an offer of a cart up front would have been nice. that said, they were most helpful in providing information about the area and sharing a wonderful recommendation for a special dinner. our room really needed brighter lights in the living room area.
Enjoyed a great vacation. Condo is located in a convenient area and was very nice. We did experience air conditioning problems but they were taken care of within 48 hours. I would visit this property again.
The Greensprings Resort in Williamsburg, VA is absolutely beautiful. The condo was perfect - clean, spacious and conveniently located to the nearby attractions. The resort offers many on-site activities as well - we can't wait to go back!
Great offer available but honestly the presentation of the information was lacking hype..... once I was handed to the EE one on one person, he did good for a new guy but seemed nervous
