Condo was nice and clean, quiet, fantastic location, awesome pool and hot tub. There are a number of small fix ups that need to be done. Contact me if you care and want to know what they are.
We had a bad experience when we checked into our room. The carpet had bad stains all over it and the bed was terrible. I called TAN and informed them of the conditions of our suite. We then spoke with Jeff (the maintenance man) who stated that he was aware of the carpets and upon showing him the bed he agreed that it was bad, he made a call to someone who must of suggested to put a piece of plywood under the mattress and he stated that it would not work the mattress was blown out. Excellent facilities- clean. Well kept up. Politeness at time of check in. Everyone from start to finish executed it well.
I took my first vacation with Sundance and was quite satisfied. All arrangements were in order with NO problems. Our unit was excellent and enjoyed our stay. Will be looking into another getaway soon.
