The gal was wonderful she was very up bet and informative about everything .we had alot of fun before during and after the orientation. I would love to be with the family of sundance but at this time iam not ready i have a year to go to retirment and trying to get my ducks in a row and didnt feel comfortable at this time . Tina and everyone else was very courteous, friendly and professional.
Wasn't a fan of how aggressive the salesmen were with their tactics but I understand their strategy of wearing the consumer down so they accept. D.Jay was very friendly and wasn't too pushy and was very informative about the perks of the program. His supervisor/manager was the one who felt super pushy and aggressive, although in a friendly manner.
The presentation was awesome ! And our package was fit for us thank you Sundance
The secret I heald in my heart was,all the happy faces I saw on the wall was a great testament as to just how well this company was ! The young man whom waited on me,was easy to understand, wonderful public speaker,made sure I understood every aspect of what he was trying to convey.Done well with all plesantness,kindness is never wasted.I so want to see him again so I may get a package.I don't know who Tina D is,this is not who waited on me. Everyone was friendly, though the sales pitch sounded like an infomercial. Pricing was great, for the accommodations they were presenting...
The presentation was to the point and relaxing. The speaker was personable and relatable. Unfortunately, we could no commit to an offer but had our circumstances been different, we would jump on the deals.
It all was great! My son and I had a great time all the staff was nice and friendly. They explain everything very well! I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great deal and an awesome experience and vacation. They go out of their way to help you out. I give them a 10++.
