Everyone from the phone call to the people we met at the office were courteous and friendly. They were upfront and honest, which I appreciate.
The presentation was a little long and drawn out. The room was also extremely cold and the snacks provided were lacking. If you're going to have presentations during the evening you should offer something a little more substantial. The endless negotiations were exhausting and annoying. Nick did a great job explaining everything to the group. We then got to work with Mike who also did a great job. I am in sales and I have to say they were pretty relentless, in a good way, to close the sale
It was an ok presentation
Sundance Vacations definitely makes sense for folks who can afford to lay down the money up front. It is just not for our family right now. The folks were friendly and definitely motivated/excited about their product.
Our spokesperson explained everything very detailed, he was very personal. Very open about his personal experience and great perks sundance offers.
