I thought the staff were well trained and tried to me it an enjoyable experience.
Fran was pleasant to speak with as the initial contact. Brigette did a nice presentation. Jamie was wonderful. Answered all questions and delightful to chat with. Alex also personable and answered questions. Ky wrapped up my experience very professionally.
I enjoyed the presentation and was very warmly welcomed by the Sundance staff. Thank you for your invitation to learn more about you guys and what you guys do.

Originally set us up with Circus Circus in Vegas, the worst hotel on the strip according to reviews. Had to call and get a different hotel. Palace Station was beautiful. The Spirit Airline is one of the most expensive lines to use. Spent almost $400 on Carry On baggage fees and seat assignments. Otherwise, it was a great trip.
It started with Mollie at the front desk, a very good experience. Maria was very professional and informative in our discussion If it were the right timing, I would be interested in the charter package. Mitch and Bonnie continued with personable discussion were serious and interested in me

My girlfriend and I went in not knowing what to expect. We sat through the presentation and we were both thoroughly impressed as we love to travel and vacation. After the presentation, we were set up with a woman named Tracy. She was super friendly and laid back. She was not pushy at all when it came to making a sale. When it came time to make a decision, Tracy was able to work with us in regards to our financial concerns. All in all, we walked away happy and completely satisfied with our service.
