Everyone was nice & very informative & helpful! However things said were repetitive.
The stuff was very friendly and helpful. As soon as we walked in everyone greeted us and made us feel welcomed.
Very friendly, not pushy. Came up with option of smaller package for us when we said we couldn't put that much towards the large package instead of just giving up and sending us on our way.
Business response:
Hi Della, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review about our Wilkes-Barre office. We appreciate the positive feedback! It's nice to know you like what Sundance Vacations has to offer.
Everything was detailed and we'll explained.
Pleasant, explanations were clearly presented. No undue pressure.
I enjoyed the presentation but at the time of me receiving the call to come to this to get what my name was drawn for i didnt have the extra money to purchase anything else for future vacations.. Im going to enjoy my two free pirates tickets that i received and the 3days 2nights vacation somewhere though that i did recieve for my name getting pulled.. I appreciate them and the taplet i got i gave to my 15yr. Old son since he wanted it..
Business response:
Hi Tina, thank you for the review. I am happy to hear you're excited about your gifts. I will let our representatives at the Pittsburgh office know to keep up the good work! Have a nice day!
Very nice people. Great experience.
The instructor was very clear on the information he was giving me and my wife he answered all the questions I had, and he made our decision that much more clear at the end of the presentation
Very professional, understood my personal situation and was very accommodating by offering a perfect alternative
