Everyone was very nice. The overall process was longer man we would have liked or anticipated. The first gentleman who introduced us to the program in the group room was very nice however talked about his family more than necessary when presenting the various vacations. He should include some of his personal experiences but leave at least 2/3 out of his presentation.
Business response:

Very good presentation and explanation of vacation packages. Not pushy and very positive attitudes.
Business response:
Hello Kaprice, thank you for the review! I will let the King of Prussia manager know you had a pleasant visit in our office.
Our experience was pleasant .We wanted to buy a package but the time limit given to buy one wasn't long enough. Two weeks would have given us time to have our deposit in.
Overall a good exerience. The presentation at yhe beginning is a little cheesy and comes across as phony and not very genuine. The sales staff after the presentation was much better. All of them were helpful and not pushy. In different circumstances, I likey would have purchased a package.
Business response:
Hi Victoria, thank you for the review of our company and thank you for taking the time to visit our King of Prussia office. We appreciate the time you took to submit a review. Have a nice day!
