The presenter, financial staff reps and management were very professional and friendly. I loved their enthusiasm. They did an awesome job. The product is great and we definitely see the value in what you provide. The large upfront deposits with the options of (1) monthly payments (and maintenance frees) or (2) paying the the full payment (if not purchasing that day) were discouraging.
