I thought it went very well. I really like the online aspect and going over my account. I have not used it yet due to an illness with my father, his eventual passing, and my health. Dane answered any questions I had . He did a great job . The mini vacation was a huge bonus, which I appreciate. I was very pleased being contacted since I've been a customer for over a year just to check in with me. The experience it with self was A+.
Kate did a good job explaining the VIP plan, but we were not prepared to give an answer at the time it was presented to us. We feel it wasn't fair that we didn't have time to discuss it & think it over. Also, we were surprised how expensive the package was in addition to the much higher yearly dues
Had a good chat about the offering and how it could be advantageous to us. Right now we cannot do anything but we enjoyed hearing about the plan.
