The people was well courteous very nice very upfront good information about Sundance Vacation
Honestly, I don't really have much experience with Sundance because I am fairly new and have not really taking advantage of my vacations. What I can say is that the representatives are very nice and friendly.
The guys were absolutely exceptional to work with, can’t wait to see how these trips turn out! Great job!!!

Didn't like the 3 tieredhard sell
Dan did a great job refreshing us on how our vacation program works! He also new quite a bit about the properties we had questions on, very informative. It’s nice to see employees with so much enthusiasm about all the new additions to TAN.
Everyone was so formatted and nice.
Dane and Dan visited us on Sat, Jan12 to review our plan and to offer us participation in the VIP plan. We are happy with our current plan, but see lots of benefits of the VIP plan, esp for frequent travelers. We received a complimentary trip as a result and are looking forward to scheduling our trip to Orlando or Los Vegas. Our Sundance travel weeks have been most enjoyable.
I enjoyed myself. And they didnt push us. They let us decide on or own. I would recommend family and friends.
