The staff is exceptional and they take great care of our parents.
The place is clean and very accommodating...like a one stop shop. The staff is friendly and the rooms are spacious. Improvement -So far all is well!
However it was determined that my father's dementia was more moderate shortly afterward. They worked with us as best as they could until I was able to find a more appropriate Skilled Nursing facility that offers memory care.
The welcome sign was special. The entire facility had a warm cozy feeling. It's not like so many others
Med tech Staff is excellent but over worked. Used to serve food in dinning room; dinning room staff was fired/quit. Not replaced. Around [Date Removed] Then caretakers were let go not replaced. So now there are only 2 med tech on the 3rd and 2nd floors and 1 on the first floor At night it's only 2 med tech and sometimes 1. The food is so-so. Things that are on the "Always available " maybe only 2-3 times a week. The place is keep clean. The upkeep on maintenance is excellent. The rooms are excellent.

You could not have done any better when you had[Name Removed] do our tour!! She is extraordinary at her job! From the tour, to the explanations of included & extra amenities, to the residents ([Names removed]…best lunch companions ????) she placed us with for the fabulous lunch…what a wonderful experience today.

From the moment we walked in to tour the facility for my mom my husband, and I were greeted with friendliness by both the staff and the residence. The facility is clean, organized, and full of a variety of activities! My mom was a little apprehensive about moving into assisted living from independent living. But she raves about it every time I talk to her. She says this is the best decision and the best place! I feel like there is a good mix of men and women.
