I overall think Sunflower is okay. What I don't like is that they're severely understaffed with NO on call certified nurse and the windows don't open. There is currently no activities director for the residents, leaving many of them bored and feeling like they are in prison. I'm there a lot due to low staff, which is hard because I thought things would be easier for me with him there. I'm not sure if we'll stay if things continue this way.

The staff is well trained and professional. The environment is inviting and clean. They do a really job. There is not a better facility in town. I highly recommend this facility. Check it out you will not be disappointed.

5 across the board. My mom loves it! She actually asked me to sell her house. She says it's like family now. Typical growing pains and the administrator feels a bit like a used car salesman, but as far as all the things that are important I couldn't be happier. She's so sharp (from being engaged) the pt has her walking (honestly she couldn't even sit up straight in her wheelchair when she got there) and she feels so loved (and genuinely is). We pop in a few times a week. It's clean, we eat with her and it's just a perfect ma... read more

I would recommend the facility with the caveat that, as a new location, they are experiencing growing pains finding experienced commuted workers. They are experiencing some turnover and are in the process of hiring. As with anything, you have to advocate for your family member to get the marketed level of care and services.

Friendly people, brand new facility. Excellent price for what you get. Rooms are large and bright. My loved one has been in two other facilities and Sunflower Springs at Indian Land is by far the best.

The food is not even average. Some times the food is over cooked, burned and dry. There is never enough of servers and a shortage of personnel on weekends. The cleaning is excellent and the staff is good when they come to work as I stated before the price is excellent for this area so affordable

At the beginning very helpful if you have questions but Once you move in You can ask questions and they tell you they will get back with you But they never do ( they forget) They need to have you make an appointment if they are busy when you ask a question or if they don't know the answer right then Such as how will your love one get their medicine Or help with the billing or what does something mean on the billing They could have the front desk write down what you need and then make an appointment for you
