Would not recommend Sunlight, they do not follow their on contract and have payed the contractor in advance when the contrator has not done the work and Sunlight will not correcdt the problem but wants us to pay anyway when we have not received a solar system as stated in the contract. we have no recourse but to start legal action agenst Sunlighjt.
Sunlight payed the contractor in advance of completion of the Solar System and has not and will not do anything to help in completion of the Solar system we are left with a pill of nothing with no recourse but to start legal action tward both Sunlight and contractor. In Sunlights contract they state arbitration but after 3 months and no arbitration what do we have left. !!! I WOULD NOT RECOMEND SUNLIGHT !!!!
I think that Sunlight is just as bad as PINK energy, the loans and banking practices are what helped them rob hard working Americans and now they have no route to fight back. Sunlight refuses to return calls or emails and as a customer of the scam i know first hand. They approved loans without or with false incomes, they paid PINK before work was completed and still refuse to help the customers that they had a hand in scamming.
Amazing that I submitted a one star review but it was never posted on the company’s review. Seems shady to hide all of the reviews warning people of the fraudulent activity by Sunlight.
DO NOT USE!! Be forewarned. Solar project started about a year ago and the solar company committed fraud. Sunlight Financial is an accessory and should be investigated for fraud as well. I’ve spent almost $7k out of my own pocket to try and finish my solar project. Sunlight RARELY calls back or responds. They only do when they want to. They have ZERO customer service! They supposedly have bi-weekly meetings with All In Credit Union to finish solar projects started by Moxie Solar but each time there is no progress. They hav... read more
I've been on the phone for over one week trying to speak to a manager over a solar transfer. The customer service agent is professional and kind but doesn't help with answering questions that I need answered because it's out of their hands. Trying to get a call back has been impossible. Hopefully this review will get someone to actually call me back!
On July 5th 2022 into a contract with them for solar. The company that did the installation we found out we're not even licensed to do the work they ruined our roof never installed anything correctly and sunlight paid them in full before the the solar panels were installed on our roof and all sunlight can say is you sign the contract. Unfortunately sunlight never followed their own contract and we're in the midst of legal action with him. I would strongly recommend not doing any business with them
I had solar installed spring of 2022 and had no real interaction with this company until I had to sell my house. for 30+ days the realtor and finance manager attempted getting approval for the new buyer to take on the solar loan. They gave them the run around over and over again and even though a credit check on the new buyer should have been the first thing done they waiting until LESS THAN 24 HRS before closing before they told us the new buyer was not approved.
