My husband received excellent care, food and staff were great. My only complaint was their billing system, they used a third party system, charging unreasonable rates to pay with a credit card

We are very happy with our choice of Sunol Creek Memory Care for my husband. Sunol Creek has a home fell to it. The staff are very caring and compassionate, which not only includes the caregivers but also the Executive Director, Sales Director, Activity Coordinator, and housekeeping. And the food is Great!! And I enjoy spending time with my husband and the other residents.

The tour was great. The facility/grounds are well cared for. It presents as very nice when you're touring and when you're initially meeting with staff I'd say it gives a good first impression Most of the caregivers were nice. Some of them were too rushed, hurried and didn't seem to have enough time to do their job. The food was overcooked half the time it was dry looking not exactly high grade. Sunol Creek is a lovely facility with some very wonderful care givers. Unfortunately for my husband, it is not working. He has Parkinson's with dementia and has taken numerous falls while in their care. His needs are just too much for them so we are looking for something more intimate. I would give them a 4. We have only been there just shy of [time frame removed}

Make sure you understand everything you are responsible to pay. I had a misunderstanding about personal briefs such as “Depends”. I thought they supplied for the cost of the room and board. They also had an almost total turnover of the Admin. Staff the second month. They could have a little better communication with the residents’ family. The staff is very friendly and tries to make you feel at home.

My mom seems to be thriving there, now my anxiety lies in the fact that I think she won’t want to come home! I would recommend this place with 100 stars their personalized care. 200 characters huh? The grounds are well-maintained and the cleanliness is way above my expectations. I appreciate the personal care and communication I receive from our coordinator. My loved one was previously a resident at Sunol Creek Memory care and the overall experience was great. The staff and care services were great. The cleanliness and friendliness was also great. The meals and activities were good. I would recommend Sunol Creek to others.

The facility looks clean. The staff there are friendly and doing their best to attend to the residents' needs. The move-in process was quite easy and smooth. I can't comment on quality of the meals as I have not tasted any myself. I would, in general, recommend this place to others.
