My mom has been here for several years. The place is clean, the staff has always been kind. When I have had a concern, I have always been able to talk to the manager and my concerns have been addressed. They take them out to the movies, out for ice cream, and to lunch. They even went all the way to Pacifica for lunch and my mom really enjoyed that. They have gone to the Golden Gate Bridge, and just out for rides, which my mom enjoys.
