I'm not going to lie, in the beginning it was not pretty, we went through 2 or 3 directors in a years time with many problems from unclean rooms/bedding to bad caregivers. RecommendedMy dad was the first resident at Sunol Creek when they opened over 2 years ago. Literally from day one, he has been treated with respect and compassion. Jessica and her staff are always willing to discuss any concerns I may have. The caregivers are supportive, attentive and kind. Everyone on the staff has been friendly and helpful. My mom has been here for several years. The place is clean, the staff has always been kind. When I have had a concern, I have always been able to talk to the manager and my concerns have been addressed. They take them out to the movies, out for ice cream, and to lunch. They even went all the way to Pacifica for lunch and my mom really enjoyed that. They have gone to the Golden Gate Bridge, and just out for rides, which my mom enjoys.
