RecommendedMy mother arrived at Sunol Creek after a pretty bad experience at "Bordeaux" board and care in Pleasanton. The staff made her feel welcome from day one and assisted her in ALL her needs! She is now happy, content and enjoying herself. The staff is professional, helpful and caring. Any time my sister and I have a question or problem, everyone goes above and beyond to try and help. RecommendedMy father was at another memory care community in the area that was ok, but not for an active and vital person like my father. Sitting in front of tv isn't the way to treat a person with dementia. Sunol Creek Memory Care is not that type of memory care community. RecommendedHad this place recommended to me by a friend. Thank you Lori! Dad has been here almost a year and has settled in quite nicely. The staff is attentive and place is always clean. The food is even good. I love that there are always activities to choose from and tons of opportunity to interact with other residents and visitors. My family and I have more peace of mind knowing he is being well taken care of.
