RecommendedI haven't been here in over a year. Wow what a difference. We travel full time and your bathrooms are hands down the best we have seen. Love the updates. Park was nice and clean.
Totally love my home away from home! Friendly staff, friendly neighbors, well-kept, quiet. Nice laundromat, club house and pool by the lake. Clean spacious bathrooms with showers. And a beautiful little chapel with Sunday worship services. Most everything has been recently updated. Storage lot right across the street, convenient for me to store my trailer there for the months I'm away. A short 30 minute drive to the nearest beautiful beach on 30A. Spent 5 nights here, very clean park, check in was seamless and the woman in the office was courteous and helpful. Staff came to our site to trim the hedges while setting up so our 5 slide out rig would not get scratched. Baths and laundry are all new and very clean. Nice activity center and pool. Situated on King Lake, beautiful views. Military discount on daily rates. We would return.
This was a wonderful place to get away. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Great people, atmosphere, amenities, view etc. I can’t say enough good things! I hope to visit again soon!

Our experience here was awesome! The staff was so friendly and helpful. Full- Timers were a hoot. We met so many amazing and super friendly people. The park was well maintained and facilities were spotless. Sites were spacious. Sunrise and sunset over the lake was beautiful. We had a great time and will definitely go back.
We spent January and February at this RV park and loved it. Our neighboring campers immediately welcomed us and made us feel like pat of the Sunset King family. Park activities were fun to participate in. This snowbird couple will return to P3 next winter. Thanks.
