All the crew very nice and have a good customer service. Vela the japanese restaurant the best and specially Ivan Andriana, Julie have a best customer service, they are best and beyond services, obsolete recommended!
I am impressed with the quality of service they provide with their guests. The staff are very courteous.The food they serve is fresh and very delicious. The Marina itself offers a lot of amenities and activities for their guests. And then you can hop on the water taxi and explore their other hotels. A week of stay is not enough. Hahha! But we will come back to Cancun and stay in Sunset Marina again.

Awesome property, and I would definitely stay there again. The bathroom floor in the rooms and hot tub needs some renovation
Really nice hospitality, must visit and stay.
Great entertainment staff. Amazing spa treatment and massage therapist Omar Caraveo was phenomenal...best ever in the whole universe.
