The rooms were huge and everything was so neatly arranged. Most of the staff were super-friendly with the exception of a few people (conceirge). Need more activities on the property tho.

Nice resort Nice place, pretty landscaping and spacious rooms with balconies. They were very helpful and knowledgable.

We loved the quiet and relaxing lagoon, the water taxi to the sister hotel, Sunset Royal, the amenities and the staff at Sunset Marina. However, one of the 3 restaurants (Il forno) has been closed for the whole time of our staying so we didn’t get to try it. We try the jacuzzi by the water but that also was shut off and we could not find a button to activate it. レストランが3カ所あると記載があったが、現地到着して確認したところ、一カ所は営業しておらず、二カ所しかなかったのが、不満です。 BARがあるのですが、終了時間が23時と少し早かったのでもう少し遅くまで営業して欲しかった。 実際に遭遇はしなかったが、水辺にはワニがいることは、記載されていなかったのは、問題があると思う。 ワニがいても、ホテルには来れないような柵などの対策がしてあれば問題はないと思うが。 良い点は掃除は行き届いており、清潔感は問題なかった。
