The resort is on the lagoon side of the strip which wasn't clear from the property description. The resort is very small, boutique like but the staff is extremely helpful and hard working to compensate for the lack of amenities and not too great location.

Sunset Marina is pretty nice. it’s not beach front but you’ll get the best picturesque sunset. the jacuzzi by the marina seems cool but we didnt get a chance to experience it. Pool time ends at 7pm which we thought a little early. but its alright, we just wish we have more time to use it esp after being outside all day. We love the pool and the pool side bar! I had an extraordinary experience at the Resort. The staff were amazing, especially Rodrigo. The choices of food and restaurants are great. I had an amazing birthday surprise from the management. The good reviews made me choose Sunset Marina and I was not disappointed. It felt warm, welcoming, and like home.
