And the office staff, Hannah and Ashley were phenomenal too. They were able to answer our questions prior to our install very nicely too. Griffin was very professional and we appreciated that. Had a fence and barbwire installed at my property recently. I was not very happy with the outcome. Not only did it take over 3 months to get the installation done, but I had to have them come back and fix gates that they hung. They were hung crocked, so they wouldn't close properly. When they sent one to fix them they still didn't get it right, I had to ask them to return again. Overall I wasn't pleased with this company, I don't think I'll be using them again.
the crew was quick, professional. Office staff assisted with any hiccup along the way. Danial my sales rep was kept me informed the whole time.

They arrived got right to work did fantastic job left nice clean work site and were a pleasure to work with.
We had SFR from Salem, VA give us a bid for our fence and railing. The bid came in high so we went with a local company. Our local company did not do railing. We decided to go with SFR for the railing even though it was rather costly, $2,700. Our steps are rather uneven so we assumed they would do a step railing. That was not the case. They brought out two panels to angle downward, which looked ridiculous and had huge gaps for our dogs to escape, the reason why the fence in the first place...to keep dogs safe. The ins... read more
