Everyone at Superior Fence was excellent from Andrea in the office to Ryan and the other sales reps. Michael and his team did an amazing job on the install and I am so grateful to all of you. Overall the communication was great, everyone exhibited the highest level of professionalism and skill and I feel I could not have had a better experience. Thanks to all of you for a fence that is a work of art and excellence!!
Nice fence but if you need repairs you get the run around. Got my fence a few years ago from the one in Raleigh. They told me I had to contact the Fayetteville franchise. When I bought the fence there was no Fayetteville Franchise. Fence has been broken due to wind damage for a few weeks. They don't call back when they say and when I thought I was scheduled, I got a no show. Had I not called they wouldn't even have told me they werent coming. $8500 for a fence I expect to be able to it fixed and decent service.
You people knew I was putting in a pool, hence the reason for the fence. After spending $8,500.00 .... you couldn't give me handles that locked. The gates don't even swing closed. The worst job in the world, terrible customer service.... You can't even come back to give me handles that lock. How much profit did you dirtbags make? what pigs, never use you again and i will spread the word on how miserable you are.
I got a quote from Daniel Clayton on august 19th its now October 21st and my fence still hasn’t been installed, I put half of the money down upfront the same day I received the quote, I was told they are five weeks behind , They told me in an email that my fence would be installed on September 12-15 its now October 21st I called superior fence and rails 1 week ago to get an update they told me there was an issue with production down in Florida so my fence install would be pushed back to November mid month I asked for a... read more
