The workmanship was good and fence done in a timely manner.
I spoke with Stacy Milan at Superior Fence and she said as a one time courtesy she would send out someone to replace all the bad boards. She told me the guy would contact me when he was coming. He showed up at my front door when I was not home at a doctors appointment. She messaged me saying that since I was not home for the one time courtesy I would have to pay for him to come to replace the boards. I have not had the fence a year. I recently had an automated security/privacy gate installed at my home in Charlotte, NC.by Superior Fence and it looks and works great! The team (Kenny, Justin, Rudi and Alan) are very professional and efficient. I explained what I wanted and they made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Very impressed with the work of Timothy and Omar. Day one of instal they did a great job setting up. Day 2 of install Timothy did an amazing job by himself finishing. Work was very well done!
