I’m giving this company 3 stars overall because the start date was changed twice by Superior Fence & Rail in Murrieta, CA especially since we went with their higher bid of the 3 because they had an earlier start date. I understood the first time the start date was changed, no problem. It’s only fair to recognize that delays, backups, and injuries can happen. Fence install was fast Not a fan of the concrete not being mixed before being put in the holes (Just from building lots of decks and pasture fences in the past) Every board had the tag from the lumber yard still on it. That seems a bit lazy on the installers. Left part of torn down fence in neighbors yard.
We recently had our fence installed with Superior Fence & Rail. My installation team — Tim, Monte, Nate, and Josh — did an great job. They worked very quickly and efficiently. They arrived on time, were extremely professional, and treated my property with respect throughout the entire project. The crew did an excellent job replacing my old cedar picket fence. It was a pleasure working with the estimator, the office staff, and the field crew throughout this project. The online dashboard feature for communication was easy to use and very convenient.
