We asked for Superior Fence and Rail to come out and prepare a proposal. Our salesman came out and assured us we would receive everything we discussed. We did receive very good customer service until we signed the contract. We found out on the day of installation that many of our customer services expectations were not received. I chose Superior Fence & Rail in Edmond for my fencing project because they were cheaper and had the cedar boards I wanted. I would rate the installation process as 4 stars (minor scheduling issues, a few cracked pickets and poorly cut boards, and I compromised on the exact location of the back run in order to get the fence installed in one day). Superior Fence installed my new fence about a year ago. The fence was damaged by a falling tree. Superior fence came out and provided an estimate. They were in communication and kept me informed until the job was completed. The installer did a good job and cleaned up afterwards. Definitely recommend Superior Fence. M.J.
We absolutely love our new fence we had installed. Joshua Willis was the sales rep that I met with, and he was amazing from the start. He explained everything in detail and was always available when I had questions leading up to the install date. The pricing was great, and the install crew did such a great job and was able to finish it all in one day! They were all super friendly and they really worked hard all day. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We recently had a fence installed in our back yard by Superior Fence. We were very pleased with the entire experience from the salesmen to the installation crew.
