Makes an appointment that they'll show up at 8:00am, they roll in 50 minutes late. They ask you to walk around the home to show them where the fence will go... then say "Oh, we didn't bring the material to install your fence today" and leave.
Had a vinyl fence installed, looks clean and sturdy. They built it right on-site and were super careful with all the details.
So happy and satisfied with Fence project. Looks wonderful. The crew was excellent very professional and the area looked spotless when they left.I definitely will recommend your services to others. A five star job and the some.

Took 2 weeks and they kept sending over a team of 2 guys with only 1 who worked, they took long breaks, started at 9am and ended at noon or sometimes would come back from 1 to 3! Terrible customer service! Every time I called they would say they’d be back tomorrow and knock it out…. It would rain and they’d be gone, even if the rain only lasted an hour! On the nice days they’d say it was too hot! We live in NC, if it’s too hot then why tare it down if you aren’t gonna show up to put it back up!! It took me calling and threat... read more
Tim and I were so impressed with the entire management of our fencing project. What a superior crew of workers. Craftsmanship and professionalism. Friendly too, always a plus.
Rubens Team did a great job on taking down my old fence and replacing it with a new fence. It was really hot the day they came but still worked hard, the poor guys were at my house until 7pm and had to come back the next day to finish installing fence. They left no mess behind.
I had a very small job in Red Hook, NY after a tree fell through one section of our vinyl fencing. Nancy was so helpful and treated me with the same care and consideration of someone who was contracting a job costing thousands of dollars. I would recommend this company to everyone with out hesitation, and if I ever need another fence installation, they are my #1 (and only) go to!
