Needed a repair and adjustment to two fence gates. Anthony was my repairman. He was on time, very professional and very knowledgeable about the fence parts and adjustments, and very personable. Highly recommend him if you need any repair work.

The fence was crooked and needed to be fixed which they did. The workers were polite and professional. However, the General Manager’s behavior was very unprofessional—he was impatient, dismissive, and spoke down to both me and his crew. He told the workers to “chop chop” we are on a schedule. He repeatedly told my neighbor to leave rather than listening to reasonable input. I asked my neighbor to be at my property as my husband was at work. Took way too long, they put in the wrong gates and the fence line is uneven. Still paid full boat$ my fence was finished easily a month late and they didn't seem to care. Look around don't settle for a half job. Had to come back to religne the gate because it was off alignment. Keep an eye on them. They did have one guy who seemed to care and did well the first day but if the company doesn't support them you get what you get.
My Superior Fence experience was excellent! I met with an estimator in person and felt very comfortable with the meeting. I was given estimates on three different fence styles with a completion date approximately six weeks out. Everything went as promised and the fence looks great! I would definitely do it again.
