Not only was the office personnel, and field representatives great to work with, the installers (Miguel and Jessi) were fantastic. Miguel and Jessi were extremely efficient, careful of our landscaping, and helpful. The experience was far more than expected. Definitely a pleasure to work with.
Hector and his crew were responsible for removal of our old chain link fence and installation of a new vinyl fence. We couldn't of asked for a better experience as everything they did was top notch. Hector is an incredible worker, answered all our questions, and made our happiness his mission. Cleanup was excellent. On May 28th a team from Superior Fence arrived to remove an old fence and install an attractive new fence. They worked diligently and efficiently through a day of drizzly rain. The fence looks wonderful. I would highly recommend this company. Thanks guys!
I am not the easiest customer to make happy, and I am sure by the end of the process, Amos and Sean were a little bit more Grey haired. However, Superior Fence worked with me to meet the needs of my HOA and to get the fence how I wanted it. I am very happy with the fence from start to finish including the level of care I received even after they got my deposit when so many companies out there stop caring once they get your money Superior continued to provide great service.
Please do not use this company. Not only did they not come out to look at the lot prior to giving quote for the fence. The person in charge of the project was very rude and upset that he was blocking the driveway and my son had to go to work he had to move the truck which had plenty of room in front of them. We ordered puppy fencing due to a small dog and they left a large gap on the side of the fence that caused the dog to get out and run down the street
