Customer service is very poor Ken is very defensive with any form of constructive criticism. I contracted with Superior fence on Feb 1, 2020 with a 50% down payment Obtained HOA approval on Feb 03, 2020 received city approval on Friday and just now informed it will take until 03/10/2020 before his supplier tentatively might get my order delivered to him and them he will schedule install Rating poorly because I was never told this was a special order.
