Poor service I’ve been waiting since September to get my fence intalalled and Am still waiting 👎

Don’t waste your time asking for an estimate. They must be too busy with Home Depot work. Terrible customer service.

Customer service is very poor Ken is very defensive with any form of constructive criticism. I contracted with Superior fence on Feb 1, 2020 with a 50% down payment Obtained HOA approval on Feb 03, 2020 received city approval on Friday and just now informed it will take until 03/10/2020 before his supplier tentatively might get my order delivered to him and them he will schedule install Rating poorly because I was never told this was a special order.
